All paper submissions are managed through the Microsoft CMT system. (Please see author guidelines).

STEP 1

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts must be written in English and prepared according to the IEEE Template (Word or LaTeX).
The paper should not exceed 6 pages in double-column format.
Clearly highlight the novelty of your work and its relation to previous research.

STEP 2

Online Submission via Microsoft CMT

Submit your paper as a PDF file via the Microsoft CMT system. Follow the link below to access the official IEMECON 2027 submission portal.

Important Compliance: The author(s), title, and abstract in your Microsoft CMT account must match exactly with the uploaded PDF. Submissions that do not match will be withdrawn by the Technical Program Chairs.

Revision Policy

You may revise and resubmit your paper multiple times until the final deadline. Only the last version submitted before the deadline will be considered for review.

Committee Assignment

Once a paper has been assigned to the Technical Program Committee, resubmission is no longer allowed to ensure the integrity of the double-blind review.
